Q: How do I know if my fax was delivered?

Q: Can I send an international fax?
A: Currently we support sending TO U.S. and Canadian fax numbers. However, you can use our website from anywhere in the world.
Q: Are you HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) compliant?
A: Yes, all faxes are sent in an encrypted secure manner meeting HIPAA standards. Faxes are stored in an encrypted format for a short period of time to ensure delivery then deleted off the server.
Q: What is the largest fax I can send?
A: Total combined uploaded file size must be less than 20 MBs. However this could still be well over a several hundred pages depending on the file type. We recommend not sending more than 100 pages at a single time to ensure a successful transmission.
